The Makers' way of working

Published: 2021-04-13

When we at Cybercom say that we are Makers of tomorrow, it is far more than a corporate slogan – it is something we deeply believe in and if there is one thing the next normal will have in common with the previous normal, it is that we will keep improving people’s lives through smart and sustainable solutions.

We will do this through a focus on three key areas

  1. Creativity
  2. Curiosity
  3. Humility

In short, creativity here means that not everyone will work in the same way in the future. This is not only fine; it is something we believe will increase both productivity and work satisfaction. With the proper mix of freedom and smart practices, individuals will be able to work where, when, and how they want to a much higher degree than today.

However, we need to stay humble. We don’t have all the answers. But neither do our clients or competitors. The Cybercom promise is not that we understand this better than everyone else – but that we will commit ourselves to become leaders both in thought and practice in the future.

Last, we need to focus even more on being curious and drive innovation than before. While we may do things in different ways, times, and places in the future we must stick to what we do best. To act as Makers of tomorrow, for ourselves, our clients and society as a whole.

This will be the foundation of our workplace of tomorrow – Working in a better and more flexible way, the Makers’ way!
